Job Responsibility

  • Drive revenue: Achieve monthly personal and team sales targets for wallpaper, curtain, and flooring lines.
  • Account management: Grow and service a portfolio of IDs, renovation contractors, and regional dealersâconduct regular product updates, sample drops, and joint client presentations.
  • Showroom duty: Handle walkâin homeownersâconsult on design themes, prepare quotations, close sales, and coordinate installation schedules with the ops team.
  • Project site visits: Take accurate site measurements, advise on substrate preparation, and liaise with installers to ensure smooth handâover.
  • Market intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing/collections; feed back trends to the merchandising team for range improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Industry knowâhow: Minimumâ¯3â¯yearsâ sales experience in soft furnishings or interiorâfinishings (wallpaper, curtains/blinds, vinyl/SPC/LVT flooring, carpets)

  • Client exposure: Proven track record selling to interior designers (IDs), renovation contractors, or dÃcor wholesalers/dealers.

  • Language skills:â¯Conversational Mandarinâ¯+ good spoken & written English/Bahasa Malaysia

  • Sales versatility: Comfortable with both indoor showroom sales (walkâin customers, WhatsApp enquiries) and outdoor B2B field visits (ID studios, project sites, retail dealers).

  • Product aptitude: Able to measure, recommend, and upsell complete wall & floor solutions, including basic siteâmeasurements, material takeâoffs, and colour coordination.

  • Personal traits: Targetâdriven, wellâorganised, willing to learn new collections fast, and able to work some Saturdays for showroom duty or roadshows.
