SAP CoE D2R Business Analysis Expert

The SAP PP-QM Business Analyst Consultant will work as part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence on SAP PP-QM related projects

Responsibilities

• You are required to have expertise in SAP PP and QM modules such as Production Planning, Process orders management, material BOM, recipe, production version, Inspection plan, test method and inspection lot management.
• Involvement in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of S/4 Hana deployment projects within PPG affiliated companies.
• Defining detailed Fit-Gap Analysis, Functional Specifications and Configuration Cookbooks in meeting both business and PPG’s Global Template Requirements.
• Involvement in the Unit Test (UT)/System Integration Test (SIT) scripts preparation and test execution.
• Involvement and supporting User Acceptance Test (UAT).
• Supporting knowledge transfer documentations and process.
• You will liaise remotely with several colleagues across the globe but will be based alongside other SAP Consultants in the Technology Centre in Kuala Lumpur area.
• We expect travel to be approximately 25% of your time
• Within a matrix organization you will report to the D2R Solution Architect of the S/4 project in which you participate and to The D2R Operations Lead, APAC
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including technical writing
• Min 5 years’ experience in process knowledge of SAP S/4 PP and QM modules
• Played a Consultant role in some SAP S/4 implementations for these modules.
• Knowledge of business processes within the Supply Chain and Manufacturing area.
• We need you to be an outstanding self-starter with high quality work in pressurized environments
• Comfortable working in a “remote working” organization
• A 4-year degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required
• A team player.
  
  

Your Knowledge Of SAP Must Include:

• Understanding of SAP S/4 PP and QM modules and of end to end business processes within supply chain, manufacturing and quality management.
• Experience in the process design, configuration and trouble-shooting of SAP S/4 modules
• Understanding of interfaces between SAP and MES system through standard IDOCs and BAPIs
• ABAP basics (be able to debug) will be an advantage
• APICS certification and understanding on MES will be an advantage.
• Mandarin speaking will be an advantage
