SAP COE TM Business Analysis Expert

You will work as part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence on S/4 Roadmap projects. We ask that you have expertise in SAP modules around Transportation Management and its integration with other modules such as eWM, GTS, SD and MM. You will implement business solutions based on user requirements analysis. You will propose, program or configure, document and test business solutions according to the functional and technical requirements following SAP standard and our foundational S/4 template as closely as possible. Due to your important role in our S/4 Roadmap projects we expect travel to be approximately 25% - 50% of your time. You will report to the SAP TM Stream Lead of the S/4 project stream in which you will be part and to Global SAP CoE D2R Stream.

Key Responsibilities

• You will build excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and business stakeholders
• You will need to quickly develop good understanding of our SAP template (within 1 – 3 months)
• You will build knowledge of our SBU processes within a short timeframe (1 – 3 months) in order to facilitate rapid solutioning
• You will evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is followed as closely as possible
• Assist the site achieve and maintain zero recordable injuries by ensuring you follow health and safety guidelines and participate in regular safety programs.
• Ensure adherence to EH&S policy and procedures and any other site-specific safety guidelines.
• Act in an environmentally responsible manner and follow site 5S safety standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including technical writing
• Min 7 years’ experience with process knowledge of Transportation Management
• Knowledge of business processes within the Supply Chain area.
• A 4 year degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required. MBA is preferred
• APICS certification will be an advantage.
• Experience with TM module and of end-to-end business processes within supply chain planning domain
• Experience in the process design, configuration and troubleshooting of SAP modules across complex supply chain distribution networks
• Experience using SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and incidents would be advantageous
