This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to define and lead our Digital Core practice, drive innovation, and expand our footprint in existing and new markets

Your Responsibilities:

• • Go-To-Market Strategy Development
  • Define go-to-market strategy which includes business development and sales plans.
  • Develop a partnering strategy with SAP and key ecosystem players to expand market presence.
  • Outline a short-and long-term market potential roadmap for the practice within the assigned market unit.
  • Optimize the Practice Area profile and strategy, leveraging networking, partnerships, speaking engagements, publications, and marketing campaigns.
  • Market services effectively within partner networks, managing the end-to-end process from offer preparation to delivery and staffing strategies.
  • 
    Business Development & Pre-Sales
  • Generate leads and opportunities through collaboration with SAP, strategic partnerships, and industry engagement.
  • Manage pre-sales activities, including proposal writing, effort estimation, and consulting fee negotiations.
  • Develop tailored solution and commercial proposals in collaboration with SAP teams and present to clients.
  • Secure buy-in from Solution Architects and global staffing teams during pre-sales, ensuring alignment on delivery and staffing strategies.
  • Convert leads into projects, driving revenue generation and establishing strong client relationships.
  • 
    Implementation Quality & Delivery Oversight
  • Ensure seamless hand-over from sales to delivery teams to meet client expectations ("deliver to our promise").
  • Support delivery teams (Market Unit Leads, Project Managers, Project Directors, Solution Architects) in managing project scope and client expectations.
  • Participate in project delivery as a Functional Consultant, Solution Architect, Project Manager, or Program Director for SAP Supply Chain Execution initiatives.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of SAP Digital Core projects.

    Leadership & Team Management
  • Guide and mentor consultants, fostering collaboration within local and global teams.
  • Represent the practice in key organizational structures, such as Steering Committees, to ensure project success and strategic alignment.
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement of business processes and solutions in Digital Core.

Your skills and experience:

• • At least 10 years of experience in the industry or consulting, with expertise in implementing SAP Digital Core Modules ( P2P, O2C, D2O, R2R) in roles such as Consultant, Solution Architect, or Project Manager.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP pre-sales or sales activities.
  • Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies, managing major accounts, and creating and delivering customer proposals with a focus on future-oriented technologies.
  • A team-oriented individual with strong logical and reasoning skills, who thrives in a global environment and is committed to delivering high-quality projects.
  • A proactive, solution-driven approach with a positive and collaborative mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role.
