• Accelerate digital led sustainability transformation journey and deploy the vision of sustainability for our clients to deliver value through AI-led solutions, innovative experiences and smarter go-to-market strategy.
• Leverage intelligence to drive greater insights, as well as personalize experiences and optimize performance within and across marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery:
  • Leading/working closely with business and client stakeholders to understand client pain points, diagnose problem areas, design solutions, and facilitate deployment around sustainability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill with demonstrated commitment to quality client service
• Sales & Business Development:
  • Responsible for driving Industry X sales by organizing and leading proposal teams, participating and leading end-to-end proposal development process and client pitch for sustainability business
• Practice Development:
  • Reimagine, build, and transform client business and operations by developing cutting edge assets, tool and methodologies, development of PoVs, research, white papers, support development of Go-to-market offerings for sustainability business
• People Development:
  • Act as credible subject matter advisor to client teams, project managers and delivery teams and guide them achieving delivery excellence
  • Manage and mentor talented teams of consultants and technologists supporting, providing input and guidance into the talent strategy and actively participate in engagement, capability development activities
• Key Competencies and Characteristics:
  • Install and configure the Enablon Cloud platform to align with your organizations EHSS processes and requirements.
  • Customize forms, workflows, and templates to support data collection and reporting.
  • Manage and maintain the integrity of EHSS data within the Enablon Cloud system.
  • Administer user access and permissions within the Enablon Cloud system.
  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and security settings.

• Qualification:

• At least a bachelor's degree or MBA/master's in any related field

• have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• be flexible and willing to work with global/diverse cultures and nationalities – as our clients and teams are global
