Responsibilities:

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO
  • Organize and manage confidential documents, correspondence, filing system.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
  • Performs additional /other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial or equivalent with minimum 10 years of high level Personal Assistant support experience in a consulting or professional environment.
  • Effective written communication and report writing skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Able to handle sensitive information and strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
