SECRETARY CUM AGENCY COORDINATOR TO COO

• Carry out & assist in overall administration routines of the agency division to ensure proper and systematic documentations and operation of the Company i.e. property advertisement, renewal of relevant media/agency contract & etc.
• Maintain good communication and liaison to ensure smooth & efficiency on operation of the agency division between clients, developers, estate agents, company associates and company personnel.
• Assist the COO generally in carrying out his duties and responsibilities.
• Organizing and maintaining COO’s business schedules and travel arrangements.
• Involvement of interdepartmental project / assignment works which assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate possess PSC / Diploma in Secretaryship or equivalent / Diploma in Business / Mass Communications / Finance / Economics / Real Estate or equivalent.
• Candidates of other disciplines with experience in relevant working environment and corporate management are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication & organization skills, command of English & B.M and must be detail-orientated, highly independent, resourceful and passionate.
• Independent with pleasant personality, flexible and adaptable to long work hours.
• Computer literate & proficiency in Microsoft Office tools i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
