Job Responsibilities

1） Responsible for the research and development and production of Malaysian speciality dishes to ensure that the dishes are authentic and unique in taste and meet the company's quality standards.

2） Strictly comply with food safety and hygiene standards to ensure that the kitchen operation standard, fresh ingredients, hygiene.

3） Reasonable arrangements for purchasing ingredients, controlling costs and avoiding wastage.

4） Manage the kitchen team, coach and train assistants to ensure efficient teamwork.

5）Maintain the normal operation of kitchen equipment, keep the kitchen environment clean and safe.

Job Requirements

1） have extensive experience in cooking Malaysian dishes, familiar with various Malaysian speciality seasonings and cooking techniques.

2） have the ability to innovate, according to market demand and customer feedback to improve and innovate the dishes.

3） hold relevant chef's qualification certificate, have good hygiene habit and professionalism.

4） have teamwork spirit, able to work closely with other kitchen staff to complete work tasks efficiently.

5）able to work under pressure and adapt to the fast-paced kitchen working environment.
