As part of ASIA Finance team, the Senior Account Receivable Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the financial operations runs smoothly. Based at UOA Business Park, Shah Alam, the Senior AR reports to Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate posting of sales and cash transactions to enhance our financial reporting.
• Manage and post bank drafts efficiently.
• Oversee and issue VAT invoices, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Perform detailed monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Create and manage regular accounts receivable reports.
• Handle Fapiao management in accordance with tax rules.
• Support VAT verification processes.
• Actively manage and resolve overdue accounts receivable.
• Conduct thorough reconciliations of AR subledgers and perform PBC lists for audit requirements.
• Support AR related projects and other financial tasks as assigned by Superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 5 years of Account Receivable experience handling regional request.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to deal with China stakeholders.
• Good understanding and work experience on billing/ cash application is preferred.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willing to work in UOA Business Park, Shah Alam.
