會計學位
至少 5 年擔任主管職務的相關工作經驗，最好有幾年建築/工程行業的工作經驗。
必須具備 ERP 經驗，最好具備 Navision 經驗。
有專案成本會計和 WIP 收入確認經驗者優先。

- 監督和審查會計助理在應付帳款和總帳方面所準備的工作。
- 確保及時結清應付帳款、庫存、往來帳款、固定資產、銀行及總帳。
- 準備並輸入薪資日記賬，將工頭和工人的成本分配到專案中
- 準備每月日記帳、預付款、應計項目等。
- 每月進行公司間對帳。
- 負責ERP中固定資產的登記和折舊計算。
- 每月資產負債表時間表更新。
- 及時進行銀行對帳。
- 管理應付帳款、分包付款、資本支出符合標準作業程序及現金預測。
- 根據政策控制並及時處理員工費用索賠。
- 與物流部門密切合作，削減庫存並協調盤點
- 每月盤點差異與盤點後調整的核對。
- 編制年終審計的審計時間表。
會計學位
