Job Responsibility

  • Handle full set of accounts, including preparation and analysis of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement).
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings to ensure compliance with Malaysiaâs tax authority (LHDN) regulations.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare audit materials, and follow up on audit findings.
  • Oversee budget preparation, cost control, and cash flow forecasting, providing financial optimization suggestions.
  • Supervise accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Optimize financial systems and processes (e.g., using Auto Count/ERP systems) to enhance team efficiency.
  • Assist management in strategic decision-making by providing data support and financial insights.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorâs Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • ACCA/CPA/MICPA certification is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with team management experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
  • Good Communication Skills in both English and Mandarin (required for cross-department and international collaboration).
  • Must be able to communicate in Mandarin due to business nature
  • Skilled in using accounting software (e.g., Auto Count) and advanced Excel functions.
  • Strong Data Analysis and Problem-solving Skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
