Senior Accounts & Compliance Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts & Compliance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing salary disbursements, ensuring full compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining company adherence to financial standards and statutory requirements. This role demands strong accounting knowledge, tax expertise, and attention to detail to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the payroll system, including keying in salaries and handling all bank account transactions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, filing, and reporting for both corporate and employee taxes.
• Oversee and ensure the company’s financial practices comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Manage the company’s accounting records, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and audits.
• Collaborate with external auditors and government bodies for financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure timely payments and manage company cash flow.
• Stay up to date with changes in financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Handle full set of accounts, financial closings, and monthly reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of payroll management and tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
