Job Responsibility

Administrative Support: Â

  • Liase with China Suppliers on orders placement logistics
  • Handle administrative paper works for accounting purposes
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for quick retrieval.
  • Ensure office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Arrange shipments from China to Malaysia
  • Other ad-hoc administrations stuffs by directors

  • Anticipate and address potential challenges or conflicts proactively.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

Confidentiality and Discretion: Â

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in administrative or executive assistant roles, preferably in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Suite (Doc, Sheet, Slides) and project management tools (e.g., Google Chat).
  • Organization: Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adjust to new challenges quickly.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
