What You’ll Achieve
As a Services Project/Program Management Senior Advisor, you will partner with technical sales teams to validate and refine rack scale solution designs, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
You will:
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, from order initiation to post-delivery support, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to optimize demand planning, secure ship dates, and streamline order processes.
- Coordinate logistics, including delivery scheduling, carrier pre-alerts, and compliance documentation (e.g., export regulations, commercial invoices).
- Act as the central point of contact, communicating timelines, commitments, and updates to sales teams and customers.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, driving continuous process improvements based on feedback.

Essential Requirements
- Proven project management expertise, with a track record of delivering complex, end-to-end projects on time and within scope.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in English, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency in datacenter solutions, rack scale systems, or similar high-performance infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
- Experience in stakeholder management across diverse teams (sales, engineering, operations).
- 5+ years of experience in project management, technical delivery, or pre-sales support within a technology or datacenter environment and project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Miro) and collaboration platforms such as Teams and understanding of agile methodologies and their application in hardware/software integration projects.
