Senior AML Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to establish, enhance, and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework for the crypto industry.

• Ensure alignment with global and local regulatory requirements, including AML/CFT guidelines and industry best practices.

• Work closely with local compliance officers to ensure adherence to regional laws and licensing obligations.

• Design and implement transaction monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity in fiat transactions.

• Conduct thorough investigations into flagged activities and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with law enforcement and regulatory agencies as needed during investigations.

Job Requirements

• 3–4 years of compliance experience in a regulated industry, such as payments, fintech, or other licensed financial sectors.

• Proven expertise in creating and managing compliance frameworks in regulated markets.

• Familiarity with transaction monitoring methods for fiat or crypto transactions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with regulators, auditors, and cross-functional team
