Senior Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

Solution Support

• Selecting chiller products that meet a client's requirements, discussing budgets, outlining benefits of the various options available, include negotiations and discussions with decision makers and specifiers.
• Provide design information to customers and present technical solutions before generating detailed applications and quotes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their requirements, and providing ongoing support.

Technical Expertise

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and events, showcasing the features and benefits of our Chiller Product Portfolios.
• Provide technical training to customers and internal staff on product features, applications, and best practices.
• Conduct market research to identify new technology opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Team Engagement

• Work closely with the team in closing new business, growing customer relationships, and solving complex problems that require teamwork.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing initiatives to increase market share and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with major in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Have knowledge on HVAC local and international standards and testing methods.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Chiller or Chilled Water System design
• Technical understanding of Chiller although training on the manufacturer's products will be provided.
• Strong competence in numeracy and analysis.
