Senior Backend Java Developer

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
• Experience with IAM concepts such as SSO, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Expertise in API-related technologies, including JSON, REST, Swagger, and tools such as Postman.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
• Strong understanding of relational databases.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Contribute to team-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Technical Problem Solving

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across the backend stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Certifications in Java, or cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
  

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Significant experience in software development, including architecture and design.
• Expertise in specific areas, such as databases, networking, or security.
• Mentorship and code review experience, with a focus on best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions.
