Senior Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Assist in formulating and executing business development plans that align with the company’s objectives and market trends
• Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities to expand business reach
• Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and cultivate new ones to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets through effective promotion of services and negotiation of contracts
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
• Awareness & Engagement: Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement and brand awareness
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 – 4 years of working experience in business development, sales or marketing, preferably in F&B or retail industry
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal). Proficiency in Bahasa Cina is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
