Qualifications

• 5+Experience in business development, preferably in the food or supplement industries. Experience working in manufacturing companies is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. A Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus

Role Description

The position will play a pivotal role in expanding our company's presence in the healthcare market, focusing on building strategic partnerships with business partners, and key stakeholders. This role requires a visionary leader who understand the business landscape and has a proven track record of executing growth strategies that drive revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives
• Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities in B2B and B2C business
• Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers in business networks, and other relevant organizations to facilitate product adoption.
• Sales Leadership: Lead key negotiations, and close high-value deals with the customers.
• Product Expertise: Collaborate with the product development team to develop required products by the customers, develop deep knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to customers.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market needs. Well verse in social media content creation and marketing strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (R&D, marketing, sales, and product development) to ensure the alignment of business development efforts with overall company goals.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline management, and market intelligence for senior management.
