A global leader in commodity warehousing and logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Insides Sales Representative position based in Malaysia, Johor Bahru.

Job Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle all incoming customer inquiries regarding services
  • Maintain and submit sales pipeline reports in a timely manner
  • Generate qualified leads by providing complete client profiles, call-to-action items, and current market information
  • Conduct cold calls and market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date databases of customer and service provider pricing and offerings
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including preparing and distributing meeting minutes
  • Facilitate contract coordination and administrative approvals with relevant parties
  • Prepare and submit customer quotations within required timeframes
  • Maintain organized and secure filing of all sales contracts
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the field sales/commercial team
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a sales environment
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Positive attitude with good business acumen
  • Detailed, systematic with strong organizational skills
  • Able to multitask duties with a high sense of urgency in completing tasks/assignments
  • Service oriented with good communication skills and an outgoing personality
