Job Description
- In-depth understanding of the pain points of content creators, the growth demands at different stages, the formation of platform-based operation flow, and continue to improve the experience of creators;
- Responsible for acquiring potential creators, quality IP and content;
- Ability to activate the content creator community through different tactics;
- Continuously iterate the operation workflow of content creators and also lead to improvements of operation tools in order to improve the operation efficiency
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years PUGC/PGC creator operation experience is preferred; content/community-based platform operation experience is preferred;
- English as working language, with good communication skills and execution;
- Excellent data analysis skills, able to analyze and diagnose relatively complex data, output business decisions;
- Ability to continuously do in-depth communication with creators, continuous insight into content and creators/users needs, form business judgment and promote landing;
- Experience in the crypto industry is preferred
