What You'll Actually Be Doing:


  • Be the Strategic Lead For Clients: You'll be the main strategic contact for our clients. You'll own the relationship and, more importantly, their results. When they win, we all win.
  • Be a Detective: Dive deep into their Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO performance. Find the hidden gold and architect the strategy that will crush their goals.
  • Connect the Dots: Look at the data from all platforms and tell the story. What's working? What's not? What's our next strategic move?
  • Onboard Like a Boss: Get new clients set up and excited from day one, instilling the confidence that they're now working with The Best.
  • Master Proactive Communication: Keep clients feeling confident and in the loop with consistent, clear updates and monthly reports that showcase our awesome results.
  • Spot Opportunities: You'll be confident enough to tell a client, "Based on the data, I believe we can get you even better results if we reallocate budget here..." and help them grow with us.

  • You've been in the agency world for at least 2 years. You understand the pace and the pressure.
  • You speak the language of SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads and can confidently lead a strategic conversation.
  • Diving deep into stats isn't scary to you. In fact, you enjoy finding the story in the numbers.
  • You thrive on creating order from chaos and building strategic plans that get results.
  • You can write and speak English exceptionally well and can explain complex stuff simply.
  • You're not afraid to have a tough conversation with a client if it means protecting their results.
