- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display ads).
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Manage and grow social media presence on platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Create content calendars and strategies for social media.
- Analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Collaborate on producing blog posts, videos, infographics, etc.
- Ensure content is SEO-optimized and aligned with audience needs.
- Manage editorial calendar and ensure timely content delivery.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor digital marketing KPIs and metrics.
- Provide regular performance reports (traffic, conversions, ROI).
- Use data insights to inform decisions and improve strategies.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design).
- Budget Management:
- Oversee digital marketing budgets and resource allocation.
- Optimize spending for maximum efficiency and results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven success.
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools.
- Experience with content creation and content management platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
