Job Overview
The role of the Senior Ecommerce Executive is to drive ecommerce sales on our online stores which includes Shopee, Lazada and our own website www.firefighter.com.my. This role is part of the Innovations team which includes marketers, content creators, product developers, brand executives, graphics designers and customer experience executives.
The candidate is expected to understand what drives ecommerce, and can understand our target market to better drive demand to our stores and products. The expectation is also to understand the customers well enough to share data related to demand, and executing tweaks on the pages as well as working with the team to better the product and services. The candidate is expected to work with the Innovations team closely to push ecommerce demand.

Duties and Responsibility
- To ideate, lead and execute ecommerce strategies to drive demand to our pages and products.
- To work closely with the team to execute changes, new products and services to drive demand.
- To work closely with the marketing and branding team to produce images and content to increase ecommerce sales.
- To work closely with the marketer to collaborate with partners and brands to cross-market between target markets.
- To identify influencers and news outlets when needed for launches with the marketer.
- To use design thinking to better understand the ecommerce needs in the company
- Minimum of 1-2 years of ecommerce or similar roles that selling products and services online.
- Must understand ecommerce platforms and strategies
- To have a degree related to ecommerce, marketing, business or communications.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and can work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills to solve workplace issues.
- Must be detail oriented

- RM4k - RM7k

- Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
