Senior Engineer Product Validation

Act as technical support for Technical Marketing team in Villach to validate products value proposition in customer systems during development projects

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Act as technical support for Technical Marketing team in Villach to validate products value proposition in customer systems during development projects
• Measure Infineon components in motor drives, battery protection and DCDC Power Conversion Applications, DCDC Buck Converters, Brick Converters for Telecom, SMPS for Servers or Telecom and Adapters
• Perform tests of leading-edge devices on specially designed boards to support the development and optimization of new technologies
• Carry out competitor benchmarking, organize, analyze data and generate test reports
• Contribute to peer reviews of internal development documents
• Conduct regular exchange with PL team in Villach
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor Degree of applied sciences in Electrical Engineering or any related equivalent fields
• Minimum 1 to 3 years proven hands on working experience in electrical engineering laboratory environment including using lab equipment
• Profound knowledge of semiconductors, especially Power MOSFETs preferable
• Experience in analysis of measurement data and presentation of results for internal and external stakeholders
• Capability to work independently
• Good knowledge in programming skills such as C, C++, Visual Studio, Mat lab and MS Office skills
• Ideally some experience with design, assembly, test and debugging of discrete & analog power circuit boards
• Proficient in English communication skills
