Senior Executive, Application Management Services

Job Scope

System, Application & Data management:

• Security & Access Control - User onboarding & offboarding: Create Software user & application user.
• Change Management - to fulfil Mgmt/Business/User requirement:Implement & assist in manage & update log file.

Operations: IT Equipment Lifecycle Management:

• New Procurement, Renewal & Replacement: Issue PO as master custodian
• Maintain & Support: first level support of software, application.
  1. Investigate data discrepancies and application errors in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Work closely with the vendors to assist in identifying and creating bug fixes.
  3. Communicate effectively with end users and vendor to ensure issues are resolved.
  4. Serve as a liaison and facilitator between all business units to assist in addressing and resolving application issues.
• Documentation: Update service ticket log, prepare user guideline for software, application.

Other Digital transformation project Implementation
• Solution Customization (if any): To assist in customize reporting format and application based on business requirements.

Skills and Qualifications
• Qualification - Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in ERP application support or fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Required Skill(s): MS SQL, Crystal Report, MS Office, MS Visual Studio, ERP Process Flow
• Preferred Skill(s): JavaScripts, HTML5, Web & App Development, RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
• Able to work independently, dedicated, result oriented and willing to learn attitude.
• Possess a good communication and written skill in English.
