Senior Executive (Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety)

SCOPE

You will be responsible for all the tasks assigned to you as per instruction by your HOD. Additional instruction will be added as time needed.

RESPONSIBILITY

• To ensure that the processes needed for the ISO9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2015 are established, implemented and maintained.
• To report to Top Management on the performance of the Quality Management System and any need for improvement.
• To ensure that Internal Quality Audit is carried out as per planned schedule.
• To promote the awareness of customer requirement throughout the organization.
• To liaise with external parties on matter relating to the Quality Management System.
• Maintaining & updating list the List of Quality Records. Issuing documents to related parties & reviewing QMS documents.
• Make enquiries to respective authorities on current status of applicable standard subscribed by the company
• Implementation and maintenance of the Internal Quality Audit procedure.
• Updating the Master Document Register, Document Distribution list & Maintaining the Master Document
  
  
  

AUTHORITY

Deciding on disposition method of records, assigning DCN & document revision number & recalling obsolete documents

Competency Requirement

Qualification : Min Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Experience : Min 2-5 yrs experience in similar background

Skills : 7 QC, SPC Tools, Communication Skill & Analytical Skill

Training : ISO 9001:2008 Awareness Training

: ISO 9001:2008 Audit Training

: ISO/TS 16949:2009 Awareness Training

: ISO/TS 16949:2009 Audit Training

: RoHS & REACH Awareness Training
