Responsibilities
- Assists in handling Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and month-end closings
- Assists in monitoring daily opening balance, debtor collection, issuance of invoices and receipts
- Ensures received payments are deposited and receipts are issued promptly
- Inputs relevant financial information into the relevant system and assists in conducting financial analysis
- Prepares debtor and AP aging reports
- Conducts bank reconciliation
- Assists in preparing documentations for company’s financial audits
