Senior Finance Executive/Assistant Finance Manager (Hicom-Glenmarie, Shah Alam)

The Senior Finance Executive/Assistant Finance Manager will report directly to the Group Financial Controller. She/He will be responsible for day to day financial and accounting operation.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Manage the day to day financial and accounting operation.
• Handling & monitoring account receivable & account payable, and monthly bank reconciliation.
• Preparation of monthly journal such as fixed asset, accrual & prepayment, and interest expenses.
• To maintain proper filing and documentation.
• Assist in preparing tax information and other tax related matters.
• Assist in the liaison with the internal/external auditors process during external auditors and Headquarter.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior/management to you from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in the accounting and finance.
• 2-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in handling a full set of accounts.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player.
• Sound judgement and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of ERP System is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Willing to work in Hicom-Glenmarie Shah Alam, Selangor.
