Hiring for CWO (Contingent Workfoce Outsourcing) and you will be expected to act as an external HR.
Recruitment
- Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Conducting confidential interviews, checking references
- Research into clients company, competitors
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process
- Follow up with clients and assist with the candidates transition and onboarding process
- Network and build long-lasting client relationships
- Provide daily operational HR Administration support to the business entities and clients
- Maintain and process transactions pertaining to employees life cycle, e.g. on-boarding, confirmation, leave administration, off-boarding etc.
- Maintain sound filing systems and compliant for staff and administrative documents (P/File, Adhoc letters etc)
- Leave management
- Providing ad-hoc management report
- Payroll Verification
- Degree in HR or Business Management or equivalent qualifications
- At least 2 -5 years of relevant experience doing full spectrum of HR.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to communicate & write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
