Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Management: Responsible for the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and overseeing the hiring process.
  • Compensation & Performance Management: Handle payroll calculations, performance management, and the calculation and distribution of year-end bonuses, ensuring fairness and transparency in the compensation system.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and probation procedures, maintain employee records, and coordinate day-to-day employee relations.
  • Policy Development & Improvement: Assist in developing and improving HR policies and procedures to align with the company's growth and legal requirements.
  • Daily HR Operations: Oversee attendance management, employee benefit distribution, and other routine HR tasks to ensure smooth operations.
