Job Responsibility
- Coordinate with employees and department heads on attendance and disciplinary matters.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Plan, coordinate, and handle employee training sessions as required.
- Ensure all administrative work aligns with company policies and legal requirements.
- Act as the primary contact for administrative queries and employee support.
- Handle daily office operations and manage office supplies.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
- SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to details
