What Youâll Be Doing
Conceptualization & Design:
- Work closely with clients to bring their vision to life, ensuring alignment with their requirements and budget.
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts that exceed client expectations.
- Create mood boards, sketches, 2D/3D renderings, and compelling design presentations.
- Source high-quality materials, ensuring timely and cost efficient procurement.
- Foster strong client relationships through clear and consistent communication.
- Present design proposals with confidence, incorporating client feedback seamlessly.
- Guide clients in discovering their style preferences while considering budget and timeline constraints.
- Mentor and inspire junior designers, nurturing their professional growth.
- Collaborate with project teams, including architects, contractors, and suppliers, for smooth project execution.

What Weâre Looking For
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Technical Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling, 3dsMax, Corona, Coohom, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, spreadsheets, and email tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Expertise in construction materials, furniture, and fixtures.
- Key Traits: Keen eye for ergonomics, space flow, and aesthetics.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
- Leadership: Proven mentoring and team management capabilities.
