Job Responsibility
- To do daily checking, planning and undertaking schedule maintenance for factory premise, plant and machinery
- Responding to breakdown and emergencies.
- Diagnosis fault.
- To do internal repair and identifying external supplier to do major repair and maintenance.
- Managing budget and financial record for Maintenance Department.
- Develop, create and implement maintenance policy and procedure.
- To record machine productivity and performance.
- Update data and maintenance record service and repair of plant and machinery.
- Act as OSH coordinator and Emergency Response Team Leader.
- Plan & implement OSH policies and programs.
- Prepare and present report to JKKP (Dosh) on accidents and violations and determine causes.
- Coordinate and organize Safety Program to encourage awareness, compliance and strict adherence to all staff for productive and incidents free.
- Responsible for inspection of foreign workers hostel.
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.
- Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 2 years working experience in related field.
- Must have OSH coordinator certificate.
- Good knowledge in Health and safety regulations.
- Excellence computer skills and communications skill.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Able to work in a teamwork environment with minimum supervision.
- Able to work shift hour.
