Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Senior Manager to lead Lenovo’s global AI Cloud development team. This role is responsible for driving product global RD operations across AIOps, multi-cloud management, private cloud, cloud-native platforms, and AI Tech platforms. The ideal candidate will also spearhead the expansion and management of a global development team to support international business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive architectural innovation, ensure product scalability, reliability, and performance.
Establish and optimize engineering practices, development standards, and quality controls.
Foster collaboration across regions and cultures to enable high-performing, distributed development.
Mentor and grow local talent, developing a strong and scalable technical team.
Engage with global customers to understand needs and deliver solutions that drive value.
Support business development teams in identifying technical opportunities and achieving commercial goals.

Mentor and grow local talent, developing a strong and scalable technical team.
- International Business Customer Engagement:

Support business development teams in identifying technical opportunities and achieving commercial goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership.
- Proven expertise in cloud technologies such as AIOps, cloud-native, OpenStack, DevOps, GenAI and hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructure.
- Strong track record in managing global teams and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Experience in supporting international markets and enterprise clients.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen, results-oriented mindset, and leadership capabilities.
