Job Responsibilities:
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
- Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies.
- Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
- Supervise the M&E works and coordinate with the client’s representatives, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.
- Plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables and quality assurance.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3-year experiences in relation to M&E system (construction).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
- Experienced in High-rise project will be an added advantage.
