Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, personal assistance, diary management, and clerical skills to support the CEO in day-to-day operations. The role involves managing calendars, organizing meetings, responding to emails, and handling general administrative tasks. Sometimes there is a need to travel in KL to the offices or banks, so person needs to be ideally based in KL to commute if needed, or willing to relocate.


Qualifications and Requirements

• Five years of experience in a similar role, reporting to a C-level executive or founder

• C1 English, Spanish is not a must, but highly desirable

• Excellent diary management and calendar skills

• Excellent memory and note-taking skills

• Ability to book private and commercial flights, including complex routings

• Excellent communication skills and a general sense of salesmanship

• Strong boundary setting

• Ability to understand, adapt to, and communicate within different cultures from Ireland to Malaysia

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and willingness to sign NDA

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities


Short-listed candidates will be asked to complete three interviews by phone, take 1-2 personality tests, and undergo a background check by local laws.

Salary DOE is based on experience and will be based on experience with differential pay for additional languages spoken fluently.

International travel of 4-8 weeks per year should be expected.
