Your Role And Responsibilities

• Focus on end-to-end Tactical Buying RFx steps including 3-bid buy, negotiations, and contract redlining
• Execute low-value sourcing activities (Tactical Buying)
• Support Sourcing Professionals in creating global agreements with awarded suppliers (when needed)
• Assist Sourcing Analysts and Sourcing Professionals on complex RFQ projects
• Engage suppliers on NDA/CDA agreement completion and handover to Sourcing Analyst for agreement creation
• Participate in client discussions on cost modeling and present cost structures to relevant business units
• Lead Supplier Performance Management activities with suppliers and business stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Sourcing Professionals on project-related data and requirements
• Assist in Supplier Scorecard development and provide category-specific guidance
• Execute supplier financial health analysis and reporting for complex cases
• Support middle and back-office procurement tasks as assigned based on complexity
• Conduct market intelligence and supplier identification based on business requirements
• Assess sourcing requirements and route work to Sourcing Analyst / Sourcing Professional based on complexity
  
  

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Fluent in English and Mandarin communication (spoken and written)
• 2–3 years of procurement experience
• General knowledge of end-to-end sourcing activities
• Basic knowledge of ERP procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, Coupa, Oracle)
