About the role:

This role is part of the Nintex Product team, driving Product excellence across a global product suite and customer base. We're passionate about creating products and solutions for customer-facing SaaS automation applications including application experience, workflows and automation. This role partners closely with various teams like UX, Engineering, Marketing and Professional Services to build and ship the best products. Nintex’s products reach thousands of customers daily, and this is a great opportunity to have a scaled impact across a strong product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings.
  • User Experience: Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that the product meets the needs and expectations of our customers.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value and user feedback.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure product success and iterate based on insights and feedback.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product updates and performance to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support across the organization.

Your contribution will be: 

  • Own the end-to-end product management process. Gather customer requirements, design features and collaborate with engineering to deliver a polished market-ready product
  • Drive launches with product marketing through blog posts, release notes, webinars
  • Define and measure OKRs for your products
  • Drive the prioritization and development of features, measurably making it simpler and more cost effective for customers to govern and process petabytes of data.
  • Help evolve the vision, roadmap, and definition of success for one or more key areas of the Nintex product portfolio.
  • Work in a cross-functional and collaborative role spanning product, design, development, documentation, QA, marketing, sales, and support as well as our business partners.
  • Collaborate across the Nintex leadership team as well as the UX and Engineering organizations to help drive buy-in and agreement on the vision and the product.
  • Follow industry trends in commercial products and open-source projects, specifically in the Generative AI and Automation areas.

To be successful, we think you need: 

  • 8+ years of experience in product management.
  • 5+ years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Preferred experience with the domain area of SaaS platforms, Automation Products, Generative AI or Large Language Models.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
