About Reap
Reap is a global financial technology company headquartered in Hong Kong with employees across multiple countries. We enable financial connectivity and access for businesses worldwide by combining traditional finance with stablecoins for efficient money movement.
Through our stablecoin-powered corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools, we streamline financial operations and help businesses scale. Our APIs enable businesses to integrate stablecoin-enabled finance into their own products and services—from issuing Visa cards to facilitating cross-border payments.
Backed by leading investors including Index Ventures and HashKey Capital, Reap is building the future of borderless, stablecoin-enabled finance.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of Reap Pay, our next-generation B2B payments platform.
As part of Reap Direct—our all-in-one financial platform that unifies corporate cards, expense management, treasury, and payments—Reap Pay serves as the engine of money movement across the ecosystem. From settling card spend, to funding treasury balances, to paying vendors and suppliers globally, Reap Pay provides the rails and workflows that connect every financial activity within Reap Direct.
You will own the roadmap for Reap Pay—defining strategy, leading execution, and delivering features that simplify complex payment flows for modern businesses. Success in this role means building reliable, compliant, and user-obsessed payment experiences that scale across markets and currencies, while seamlessly integrating with other parts of Reap Direct.
This is a role for someone who thrives on end-to-end ownership—from discovery and strategy to delivery and iteration—and who is truly obsessed with creating intuitive, seamless, and delightful user experiences.

What you'll do
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap for Reap Pay, aligned with Reap Direct’s broader mission to be the all-in-one financial platform for modern businesses.
- Payments & Ecosystem Integration: Design and deliver scalable solutions for domestic and cross-border payments, settlement orchestration, and reconciliation, ensuring Reap Pay powers other Reap Direct modules (Cards, Treasury, Expense Management). Work closely with our embedded finance team, Reap Connect, to build the infrastructure that makes these flows seamless across entities, currencies, and geographies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, compliance, risk, and customer-facing teams to ship robust, compliant, and delightful products.
- Customer Discovery: Lead research to deeply understand user needs across AP/AR, vendor management, and international transfers.
- Product Delivery: Drive agile development cycles, prioritize effectively, and balance speed, quality, and compliance.
- User Experience: Champion user-centric design, transforming complex financial workflows (onboarding, KYB/KYC, payee setup, approval chains) into elegant and intuitive journeys.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track success metrics—adoption, retention, payment volume—and optimize outcomes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Partner with legal, compliance, and banking teams to ensure adherence to regional and global regulations.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the bridge between technical execution and business goals, translating insights into clear product direction.
- 7–10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in fintech, payments, or SaaS platforms.
- Proven track record in launching and scaling complex payment products (cross-border, B2B, or treasury/payment rails).
- Direct experience with stablecoins, blockchain payment rails, or digital asset infrastructure (required).
- Strong grasp of multi-currency, multi-entity payment operations.
- Technical fluency—you don’t need to code, but you must “speak payments and engineering.”
- Obsession with great user experience, with a track record of simplifying and elevating complex financial workflows.
- Analytical and strategic mindset, balancing long-term vision with rapid iteration.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with card-to-bank payments, invoice financing, or FX settlement.
- Experience working in early-stage startups or scaling organizations, ideally across multiple geographies.
- Knowledge of regional payment ecosystems (APAC or LatAm) and the ability to navigate fragmented rails.
