About The Role
Manages mid-complexity projects (Level 3), or mid-complexity work packages in support of higher complexity projects, through
- consistently demonstrating Intermediate level capability in all project management competencies,
- applying project governance and control in alignment with company best practices, standards, and procedures on their projects,
- optimizing project outcomes by consistently meeting project baselines
- ensuring that project QHSSE, technical, commercial and contractual requirements are met,
- capturing, sharing, and applying lessons learned on all managed projects,
- contributing to improvements in best practices, standards, and initiatives, and
- acting as a role model for more junior colleagues.
