Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and API testing.
- Implement and execute end-to-end, regression, and functional tests for web applications.
- Work closely with Product Manager to ensure test coverage for business-critical features.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
- Analyze test results, debug failures, and provide insights for product improvements.
- Ensure best practices in test strategy, test case design, and defect management.
- Contribute to performance and load testing for scalable applications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in QA Automation for web and API testing.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Puppeteer.
- Strong knowledge of API testing tools, e.g. Postman, Newman, RestAssured
- Experience with CI/CD testing integration, e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Shift-Left Testing methodologies.
- Experience in scripting languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development and Behavior-Driven Development
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms, e.g. Sauce Labs, BrowserStack
