Senior Regulatory Affairs Executive (6 months Contract)

CONTRACT ROLE : January 2025 - July 2025 (6 months duration)

Role Purpose

Generally, this position will report to, and work with the Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager to represent Beiersdorf Malaysia, when appropriate, and maintain its corporate brand entity with the key external stakeholders such as government department, industry group, regulatory bodies, and competitors and to help ensure Beiersdorf has a strategy in place to deal with issues and trends arising from interaction with these groups

Key Accountabilities

Regulatory Affairs

• Communicate with Intercompany RA/PCs for information/documents needed for notification/registration process.
• Prepare dossiers on time and complete for Notification/registration submission to prevent business interruption.
• Liaise with Finance to prepare payment for product notification/registration application to the authority to avoid delay in issuing the licenses.
• To apply for market sampling permit upon request by Marketing.
• Update and share Notification note to Logistic team for importation purpose.
• Manage and maintain regulatory documentation filing system.
• To check and ensure products’ labels comply with the local labeling requirements.
• Assist in monitoring Quality Management System compliance, including GDPMDs.

Complaints and Inquiries

• To assist in receiving/answering and register consumer contacts (complaints & inquiries) into the complaint data.

Administrative

• To update the notified products list in the company shared drive every beginning of the month.
• To maintain the product notification/registration licenses and other related files to ensure compliance.
• To trace and monitor the L/RL products from Demand/Supply Planner/SAP and confirm with Marketing if any product change.
• Assist in other general administrative works and other Ad-hoc works.

System and Process Improvement

• To develop & maintain SOP for RAQMCIM

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent
• Good analytical skill
• Good for the oral and written in communication skills
• Good command of the English language & Malaysia Language
• PC Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Good relationship building skills with internal & external business partners
• Fast learner and willing to support multifunction in Supply Chain Department
• Patience and resilience combined with attention to detail and accuracy.
• With Cosmetic/Medical Device Regulation knowledge will be added advantage
