Permanent/Full Time Position: 5-days work week

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and features of luxury fashion, timepieces, and jewelry.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and persuasive selling techniques.
• Maintain a polished and inviting store appearance.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, providing seamless and professional service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and uphold brand standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Uphold a high level of integrity and professionalism in representing prestigious luxury brands.
• Stay attuned to market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the luxury retail landscape.

We are looking for candidates with:

• At least 1-2 years of retail sales industry, experience in luxury retail will be advantageous
• Sales oriented
• Passion in luxury retail
• Driven by high performing environment
• Strong customer service skills
