Site Supervisor at ANEKA JARINGAN SDN. BHD.

Our client “⁠ANEKA JARINGAN SDN. BHD.” is seeking a Site Supervisor to join their company!

What you’ll be doing?

• To assist Project Manager/ Construction Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites.
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
• To ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.
• To plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor's activities at project sites.
• To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.
• To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions and etc.
• To ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans and that all quality control mechanisms are being used.
• Results of such to conform to specifications.
• To submit sample materials and calibrations certificates to relevant consultants for approval.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
  

Who are they looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Possess excellent management & organization skills, good leadership.
• Good communication and coordination skills Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Civil Engineering/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate with technicians, site personnel, consultant, and clients.
• Willing to travel locally.
