STERIS is seeking a results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to manage and grow our Endoscopy Reprocessing (Capital and Consumables) and Procedural GI product portfolio across Malaysia. This role involves strategic planning, product evaluation, marketing, and implementation of both new and existing solutions. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying needs, and delivering value-driven solutions. Additional responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting. You will have a strong background in healthcare sales and a passion for driving innovation in clinical environments.

You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying needs, and delivering value-driven solutions. Additional responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting. You will have a strong background in healthcare sales and a passion for driving innovation in clinical environments.
What You Will Do
- Build, manage and achieve objectives and revenue set for Endo Reprocessing (Capital and Consumables) and Procedural GI. Business portfolio with capability to develop short and long-range goals and objectives that align with the strategic growth plans of STERIS.
- Develops and manages forecasts and budgets that align with goals and objectives.
- Manage, oversee and capable to conduct promotion and education activities, clinical trial, training, workshops and on-patient demonstrations in the designated accounts within Malaysia.
- Monitor competitor’s activity and take necessary actions.
- Establishes and directly manages relations with KOL, societies and hospital managements and other critical client accounts.
- Plans and executes new product launches.
- Replies to all existing inquiries, tenders, RFP and RFQ. Identification leads and develops processes to identify new business concepts for future growth.
- Confers with Sales Manager, and Country Manager (if required) to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from status and conditions.
- Support and handle other duties and responsibilities as are periodically assigned or requested.
- Ensure compliance with company policies including, but not limited to MDA, GDPMD, Anti-Bribery and FCPA.
- Sales and/or marketing experience in Malaysia’s medical industry; preferably in a medium to large company.
- Bachelor’s degree in medical, science, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the endoscopy industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with fast-moving medical consumables and/or medical devices is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to lead sales and/or marketing initiatives with measurable results.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Hands-on experience with medical equipment, including clinical demonstrations of devices and accessories on patients.
- Solid background in sales, product management, and project management.
- Highly customer-oriented and results-driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in developing training programs and coordinating physician or customer events is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in other Malaysian languages is an advantage.
