Job Description

  • Sales Generation:
    • Actively seek out and engage new truck sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and customer visits.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling trucks to both new and existing customers.
    • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients to ensure consistent sales growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, including fleet operators, logistics companies, and other businesses.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups and provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Address customer inquiries, offer product advice, and provide tailored solutions based on specific needs.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's truck models, features, pricing, and benefits to effectively present them to potential customers.
    • Stay updated on the latest truck industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings to remain competitive.
    • Demonstrate trucks and their features to customers during sales meetings and test drives.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
    • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and value of the trucks.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of truck sales while maintaining profitability and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Finalize sales agreements, ensuring all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and timely.
The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Sales, or automotive certification training.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicles industry.
  • Proven track record in sales, with experience in truck or heavy-duty vehicle sales being an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for customer visits and business meetings.
