- Leading and managing the service and modernization sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand market share and enhance customer loyalty.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to acquire new ones.
- Assessing and presenting solutions for modernizing elevators and escalators, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless project execution and outstanding customer service.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Preparing and presenting sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in managing and leading sales teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and support team members in achieving their goals.
- A supportive, collaborative, and team-player mindset to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver results.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is an advantage.
