A sales representative tasked with initiating a wellness business relationship with potential customers (wellness center, healthcare retail, pharmacies) and responsible for sales growth . Your responsibilities revolve around building relationships, promoting products or services, and driving sales:

  • Product Knowledge: Sales representative should have a deep understanding of the products they are promoting. This includes knowledge of ingredients, benefits, usage, and competitive advantages.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the business's goals and objectives. This includes setting sales targets, creating a sales plan, and identifying key performance indicators.

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients within the aesthetic clinics, wellness centers, healthcare shops, or pharmacies. This may involve market research, networking, and cold calling.

  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Building trust and rapport is crucial for long-term partnerships.

  • Sales Negotiation: Engage in price negotiations and address client concerns or objections. Sales representatives should be skilled at closing deals while ensuring that the client's needs are met.

  • Sales Support: Provide excellent post-sales support, including order processing, product training, and addressing client inquiries or issues. This helps in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Market Research: Continuously gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and feedback from clients. This information can be used to refine the product offerings and sales strategies.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to client satisfaction and business growth.

  • Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and results. Regularly report to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Adaptability: Healthcare and wellness trends are continually evolving. Sales representatives should be adaptable and open to learning about new products and techniques.
