Job Requirements
- CGI (ICSA) qualification or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience handling corporate secretarial matters with exposure in public listed company.
- Well-versed in the provisions of the Companies Act 2016, Main Market Listing Requirements, Malaysian, Code on Corporate Governance, and other relevant laws, statutory or regulatory requirements, and guidelines is an added advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English and ability to communicate effectively.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess a good interpersonal skill, strong work ethic, self-motivated, high degree of integrity and multi-tasking skills.
- Good time management.
- Knowledge in secretarial software is an added advantage.
- To provide assistance for in-house secretarial department in managing and administering day-to-day operation of secretarial practices and requirements for the Group.
- To handle and ensure all secretarial functions are according to the statutory compliance with provision of the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance, Capital Market and Services Act, and Securities Commission policies and guidelines and more.
- To ensure best principle of corporate governance and compliance with statutory or regulatory requirements.
